Southern Hemisphere beauties are fantastic this fall. Our favorite olives (Picual & Arbequina) made some fabulous oils from Chile, Australia and Peru. And we brought in a special Kalamata from Australia too. The phenol level is quite high for these young tree varietals. Last call for 2022 Northern Hemisphere robust Melgarejo Hojiblanca EVOO - We only have a few of these left... Southerners are smooth and less bitter than their Northern predesessors. updated 10/15/23
