Olive Oils are Fused or Infused with various flavors. Fused oils, also known as agrumato in Italy, are made by crushing olives with whole fresh fruits, herbs or vegetables. The flavors are "fused" from the start which is extra tasty for making a special salad dressing, drizzling over a dish of pasta, adding when baking such things as brownies, cookies and pound cake, or marinating meats and sauteing vegetables.
