Roasted Veges with Maple Balsamic glaze
November is here and we just "fell back" on time which means darkness at the dinner hour. Nothing combats this change to long winter nights better than favorite comfort food that is easy to prepare and
the leftovers make great lunches to take to work. This side dish complements many main coarses but can be eaten all on it's own. Kind of a winter salad! Enjoy!!
