We have found a great main dish and two spectacular sides to serve together or to bring to your next picnic/BBQ since we are able to visit and gather again! Dill is the flavor this week. And with salmon in season we couldn't resist sharing one of our favorite recipes. Our Dill Olive Oil is seasonal so make sure to get some before the summer ends. And this year's batch of Huckleberry dark balsamic is a lot sweeter than last year. It is our own recipe and made with real Idaho Huckleberries, hand picked by locals and flash frozen by me to get through the winter. Enjoy!
